Tom Caprio, Your Certified Guide to
affordable divorce & family mediation
You have tough decisions to make right now. At the very worst time, emotionally.
The last thing you need to worry about is legal fees.
The good news is, you may not have to. Mediation is a collaborative process that offers a way for you to resolve conflict with grace and dignity for a fraction of the cost of litigating with an attorney. It gives you privacy, a safe place to lower the emotional temperature, and opens the door so you can really communicate. With a professional mediator you can and will find practical solutions that serve both of you well.
How can I be so optimistic? Because over the past 31 years I’ve had the honor of helping thousands of people just like you, do just that. And, in the process, they’ve saved a ton of time and a boat load of money.
If you’re still not convinced, I understand and I’ve designed this site with you in mind. I believe you’ll find it to be an informative mediation resource that will help you determine the best course of action for you. Every page is devoted to helping you get the real, practical mediation answers you need so you can make the first of many wise decisions as you begin your journey to a successful resolution. Tom Caprio
you can do this.
Tom Caprio has a Masters of Divinity degree, which, along with his significant years of experience, has taught him how to deal with people in the midst of crisis. Whether they are dealing with hurt, anger, depression or a whole host of other emotions, Tom has learned to connect with people and to help move them towards resolving their conflicts.
Many clients who start the mediation process to simply save time and money find that they are getting a better result than if they let a judge decide and are surprised to find that they often end up with something far more valuable: a new level of cooperation and a hopeful perspective.
Tom Caprio’s Divorce Mediation Interview on Impact Makers Radio
As a mediator, and not an attorney, I don’t give legal advice and you won’t hear me speaking long, complicated legal terms that you may or may not understand. In your initial phone consult, my goal is to provide clear answers to your questions and explain the mediation process thoroughly, as it applies to your unique situation.
The telephone consult is totally free.
We’ll take our time until you are completely confident in your ability to get through your mediation, with or without an attorney, and are comfortable that you have the information and understanding you need so no one will be able to take advantage of you.
We’ll work together to keep your costs down and move you through your mediation process as quickly as possible.
Finally, it’s your mediation. You control the details of your mediation agreement. A good outcome is when both parties like and believe in the fairness of the terms you’ve designed together. My role as a mediator is to ensure you reach that goal as peacefully as possible.
